This bowl is a  handmade, genuine, old singing bowl which has been collected from the villages on the Himalayan side of Nepal. Made of an alloy of seven different metals connected to seven planets of the solar system, it has been used by people for different purposes such as food, making medicine, and/or for spiritual ritual chanting. Each bowl has its unique rhythmic sound and level. The 7 inch diameter bowl weights approximately 2.0lbs and is approximately 3 1/2 inches high
